Customer service is not a phrase often used for college campuses, but when we are talking about students and families, in actuality, they are our customers. We combine the functions of several departments in UUM such as Academics Affairs, Student Guidance, Visa, Financial Aid, and Bursar.

As the first-of-its-kind one-stop centre for universities in Malaysia, we will make a difference in the lives of our students, families, and the UUM community through compassionate services, advocacy, and empowerment.
